Roman Reggio

With 25 years of construction experience & hands-on start-up knowledge, Roman first started his career as an entrepreneur in high school, starting his first business as a DJ. After moving into the world of construction and start-up businesses, Roman quickly realized it was not as easy as it looked. With years of experience and hardship in his hands, Roman decided to go back to school at 40 years old to learn how to better manage and ultimately help others soar to greater heights with their own start-ups.

While slowing down his own business to help others start their own, Roman looks forward to treating every client like a part of the TrueNorth BuildScale family.
